Tiny works on improving the computer vision and machine learning capabilities at Invision. Before joining Invision, he worked on top-down 3D pose estimation and fully-differentiable bottom-up pose parsing using transformer networks at wrnch AI. He has a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University where he worked on anomaly detection in videos and did internships at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories and Samsung Research America. He has published papers at several top venues and is an active reviewer in the academic community. Tiny enjoys rock climbing, playing soccer, learning French, travelling the world and keeping up with academic conferences.
